Did you actually get this in New Orleans? I really want to know where they have masks because I've only been to the states a few times.

Yes. I got the mask itself in the French Quarter Market... It's REALLY small... maybe 2 inches...

It's gorgeous. Not an image I'd always assosciate with the mardi gras.
But beautiful all the same.

The little masks are all over the Quarter... from 2 inches to 24 inches... They are just everywhere.

bizzabaw!
i dunno
someone told me that was creole or something.
but yeah
gah! i have this thing...with like...creepy looking masks that remind me of clowns...oh i totally dig clowns, love 'em
but my gramma has all these REALLY creepy looking sad clowns around her place, so this sorta reminds of them
and that gives me the creepies.
other than that
of course it's well taken
your stuff always is
you know that.

Yea... that's what I was playing with... the face of the thing is only about 1 inch tall in real life, so I'm pretty happy.

yeah that's what's truly got me beyond amazed.. I'm not used to seeing digi-pics of that high a quality without some serious editing. It truly does defeate the purpose of film.

To a point... with this... I could effectivly get a good print almost up to poster size, but with film you can go farther.
