wow you did so much just to animate the cape!? amazing dedication!! I might need to look up that word so I can learn to do it too like you! awesome pixel art I love how everything is so smooth, the flowing cape, the grass being blown by the wind, the rolling clouds!

I say plotted out, I mean kinda just sketched in the motion. I sounds like more work but it makes it easier in the long run if you have guides to work by. I have spent ages animating other capes blind and this one was far less painful in comparison.
