You have two persons (for example Abel and Esther).Abel on one layer, and естер on other. Do some copies of these two layers and apply to them the filter Pixelate - Mosaic and establish on each layer parameters to taste.)
Approximately should be so:
1 Layer (Abel) - 0
2 Layer (Abel) - 10
3 Layer (Abel) - 20
4 Layer (Abel) - 30
5 Layer (Esther) - 30
6 Layer (Esther) 20
7 Layer (Esther) 10
8 Layer (Esther) 0
