I decided that since it’s yucky stormy sadness boo boo outside, I’d do an art challenge to pass the time. I’ve wanted to do this particular palette challenge for awhile, but decided to mix it up a bit.My challenge was as follows:
ONE 5 colour palette
ONE hour
ONE layer
I set my timer and got to work, really enlightens a sense of nostalgia form working in Tegakie so long ago, so naturally I drew an old RP character of mine.
I kind of cheated though, I went a good 15 minutes over my hour limit. Oh well, who cares.

Were the colors already picked out, or did you hand pick them yourself? The palette is gorgeous, and the picture is amazing. I already saw it on tumblr, but I had to leave a nice comment here. XD;
also wtf giant hail, I have never experienced normal hail. It sounds terrifying.

The palette was a random set of colours I stumbled upon on Tumblr. I wish I had such colour theory!

Oh sure, of course not. I guess I'd rather have hail than tornadoes or volcano eruptions any day (without hesitation, really, there's no guessing involved). But it's like a fear of cockroaches; they really won't do anything to you, but you don't really want them to come near you either.

I used to use Tegakie on an hourly basis, I've had a shit ton of one layer practise even though it's totally butts.
