Nice tribute to Frank, I was fortunate enough to visit his museum in Pennsylvania a few years ago and saw much of his original works.

Your welcome, he passed away recently and the museum was locked up pending a feud within the family, his wife passed the year before, she was at the museum when I went and I spoke to her, I asked her if Frank put himself in alot of his paintings and she said he did ( I recognised his face in some of his works) I'm sure he had his wife pose for many of his paintings too but I didn't ask her that. They both lived in the house next to the museum but I didn't see Frank, she said he wasn't feeling well at the time.

Yes things were getting ugly, one of his sons used a backhoe to try to tear down the locked doors to get at the artworks. I think his intention was to sell them, the other siblings want to do a touring art show.
I personally like the "cat girl" piece, it is the wallpaper on my mac.

I don't know the conversion of pounds to dollars but be careful if they are selling the print with his signature, there are many rip offs out there. I'm not sure if the site is still up but the Frazetta family had certified signed prints and lithos available, if that is what your looking for. There are some frazetta art books on amazon.com that are great, I have a few of them myself but you can't hang that on a wall.

Do you mean to sell reproductions of his art that you made? If so, you have to be careful of copyright infringements.

As I've said before I don't know the value of a pound compared to the dollar but I can tell you an original is alot of money. Here is a site to give you an idea: [link]

your well on your way to drawing like him, try to do your own original ideas using his style, that's what I'm going for. We seem to be on the same path my friend.

I quess you could make all kinds of conclusions abaut the meaning behind this drawing. The way i see it is that by old genious you mean god or some other higher power. And these women compete against each other for the highest place on gods loving hand, the ultimate pleasure. For them heaven is an orgy from the old genious.
I cannot find much to complain abaut with work aside from pointless nip-picking. You have taken an interesting theme and made it into an amazing piece of art.
PS; More of this please...
