Shiramori is a bakemono who lives in Henkei. He has the ability to hear distant sounds and runs his father's music shop.

Personality:
Shiramori is a pleasant person, offering to help anyone when asked. He is very passionate towards music and enjoys playing the guitar. He is carefree and thinks about slacking when on the job but he is rarely seen slacking since he knew he would get into trouble. He has a small interest in reading books, mostly about folktales and frequently visits the library. He speaks in a welsh accent.

Despite his well behaved appearance, he may be under some stress due to him performing at night with his band. He can be seen being suspicious due to his ability, and has a bad habit on eavesdropping. Though not the kind of person describe as a criminal, he often sneaks out of Henkei to the Human World to listen to modern day music. He has good stamina and can outrun the police.

Ability:
Hearing sounds
Shiramori's ability is to hear sounds from afar. According to Robyn, his hearing range is quarter a mile and can hear all sorts of noise in his house. Although, Robyn questions Shiramori's ability of either being a magic ability or a natural ability since residence of Henkei normally have abilities that corelates to their species. Since Shiramori is a dog, it is assumed that his ability isn't magic. He isn't the type to use spell cards like most of the characters, but he can be seen attempting to use magic.

Disguising as a human
Shiramori can disguise himself into a human whenever he sneaks off into the human realm. According to Robyn, he used a charm to gain a human appearance.

Shiramori is also a member of an underground band whereas his plays the guitar. Though the band isn't actually a rock themed band since Shiramori plays an acoustic guitar and is never interested in rock music.

Possessions:
Shiramori's prized possession is his acoustic guitar. He is often seen playing it at the park or at his house.

Species:
Shiramori is a Bakemono, a class of youkai and preternatural creatures in japanese folklore. Bakemonos are often known to be shapeshifting creatures, which might relate to Shiramori disguising as a human. Though their true appearances may vary, several bakemono are portrayed as animals. In BoP, bakemonos appear as anthropomorphic animals.

Design:
Physical
Shiramori appears as an anthropomorphic dog(though not the type that looks like a wolf) with white fur and grey blue eyes. He has short floppy ears and a short tail, thick dark eyebrows and has a tattoo all over his right arm in a native american pattern. He is thin with some tiny muscles noticable on chest and arms due to him often working on heavy labor. His human appearance has him having tan skin, modern hairstyle that is white on the top and black on the sides.

Wardrobe
Shiramori wears a black short sleeved t-shirt, grey pants and a pale blue sleeveless hoodie. He is often seen wearing a brown flat cap. He is mostly seen wearing thick black glasses and has a few piercings on his ear and lower right lip.

Relationships:
Robyn Greenwood
Robyn is the only human in Henkei and is close friends with Shiramori. She frequently visits the music store to have a chat with him. Due to their interest in books, they often hang out at the library discussing about Henkei's past and why it's residence rarely use magic.
It is speculated that Shiramori may have a crush on Robyn, but this isn't confirmed.

Yatsuhashi Hakuken
Yatsu(short for Yatsuhashi) is Shiramori's dad. He owns and runs the music shop but has to leave all the time for 'work reasons' and has Shiramori run it all the time. Yatsu doesn't like the idea of Shiramori being in a band, but actually supports his son's passion for music and is worried about him getting caught. It is revealed that the reason why he isn't mostly seen the running the shop himself is that he went off drinking due to stress he had tears ago and is unable to let go of his wife leaving him to take care of Shiramori alone.
