Bell since 2005 appeared in PPGD and she was the White Powerpuff Girl. her hair is long and her eyes are pale blue and on 2016 i made myself Bell has silver gray eyes and her hair is silver. Pre-show reboot her voice is Jessica DiCicco and 2016 reboot is Selena Gomez. Jessica DiCicco shared with Mary Bell and Maggie Pesky. I know she was known the Shy One.
