I'm gonna be open about this: I took the flying squirrel Pachirisu evolution idea from Narsilion. But I wanted to do an evo for the useless lil' rodent, and the idea was too good to ignore.-Kumorisu-
Species: Cloud Pokemon
Height: 4'6''
Weight: 70 lb.
Type: Electric/Flying
Evolves from: Pachirisu (level up with NimbusCloud item attached)
Description: It actively seeks out powerful storms to fly in, and absorbs static electricity from the stormclouds to increase its power.
It's ability would be Motor Drive, of course. By the way, I have a version of this with a nose; anyone think that would look better?
