I think this style of art is a really good medium for you because one thing you're really great at is accentuating highlights. The lines down the base of her nose, lips & chin is really nice & defined. But it also doesn't fade into the skin from there, which is a good thing. Adds to the realism for me. The light reflected in her eye makes it feel real, wet. Even the lone dot of white in her right eye. And, of course, her hair. Nice work there. Particularly the strands by her cheekbone. You did a good job with the dark of the skin juxtaposed with the lighter hair & highlights in her hair, it makes it feel 3Dimensional. If I were to critique anything it would be just that the cloth on her should seems kinda 'chalky'. Not as real feeling as the rest of her. But, its a minor critique.

You think this style is good for me? Meh, I find it so difficult, can't manange to draw pictures the way I imagine them in my head. I need to practise it more, that's all I guess.

Yeah, it's quite hard and I'm still learning but at the same time, it's really interesting and fun thing to do

yeah it is!!!! It makes you see things in a different way, focusing on light areas instead of the shadows. I had to do an exercise like that back in art school. In a very dim lighted room, only using candle light and black canson paper and white pastels. We had to place an object near the light and only draw the areas with light, it was hard at first but you start getting used to it. After you finished the effect its quite amazing, and feels like making some new kind of magic. But I never tried it again.
