I think it's Model 395 Type 5 Dremel. Has to be about twelve years old at least, but it's still the most useful piece of equipment I own.
The shapes are made out of wood (maple sandwiched with walnut), which are shaped with the drum-sander attachment. And the little bits are watch-parts! I couldn't tell you what the parts are called; I only know just enough about watches to be able to pick out the wind-up watches for the battery-powered watches in the junk bins. (Battery-powered = useless for my jewelry.)
