Either Supergirl is really holding herself back from killing Joker or the Kryptonite is still effecting her.

She's pretty mad, but she's still holding back quite a bit. She's even still holding back on page 9, but her anger is causing her to not hold back as much as she should. Thank you for commenting it's much appreciated.

Thank you. The joker doesn't have any choice but to smile. In the comics when he fell into the vat of chemicals at the axis chemical plant he had a lot of nerve damage and shortening of the facial muscles in addition to having his skin bleached white. He has a permanent grin on his face even when he's mad or hurt. A lot of cartoons and some games forget about that part. In newer comics he has a smile cut into his face, but I prefer the classic Joker. Thanks for the comment much appreciated.
