when i put it on a model just the shirt and choker, with deleteing the hair phyics joints and bones alone with the skirt and wings it dosnt attach to the model except for the neck.

Indeed. I changed the texture files to .png files though to reduce the amount of space it takes up and altered the toons so everything doesn't go yellow when you merge it with another model
