My Grell has a Tumblr blog. The more intriguing/inspiring questions he receives get sketches in reply.Grell was asked by Anonymous: "What if William told you that he set up spy cameras all over the Phantomhive manor, and saw that Sebastian was sleeping with Ciel?"
Grell replied: Grell blinks in confusion, “I would wonder if William was feeling ill… because why would he care, or bother to do such a thing? .. And if this evidence was indeed gathered..” He shudders and shakes his head. “Why the hell would Sebastian want to sleep with that brat, when he could have me?!”

I don't think Will would do that. He'd probably see himself as 'superior' to Sebastian and thus wouldn't really care what he does.

I can't see William doing something like that. I don't think Sebastian would sleep with Ciel (in my opinion) so you have nothing to worry about Grell dear~!
