I really like this. The uniformity of all the background people, how all their screens and outfits are the same, and then the focal point of the image is centred... the man should blend in with everyone else, but the subtle focus on him, and small differences in outfit and screen image really make it stand out, and therefor instead of it being just a mass of people, it really makes a statement...
About what, I dunno. Individuality? Having to stand out whilst blending in simultaneously?
Either way, great concept and execution!

i'd say that the main statement is: don't be as the crowd, be individual. and additional message: if you're creating something you can change others minds and tastes with it, you can gain some control of the crowd

Good thing he's in front of the crowd then! If he was at the back that'd be like... sinister. Or, like playing where's waldo lol.
The image is very cool, it's inspiring, like ya look at it and ideas just come flooding forward.

maybe the crowd is so dumb that they just need to see someone to folow
you know, the first thing i thought when made this one was: "damn, i've seen such ideas hundreds of times, only a very lazy guy didn't make something like that... but whatever, i want to make such thing too!"

I think that's one of the good things about art, you can see something and be like hmm.. and take it one step further, and then be like damn why hasn't this already been done! lol
And people do love a leader/someone to follow...
