Alright, this was definitely a lot of fun to do. This was done with cell shading, and then color blending, and it turned out pretty sick. I literally listened to Twilight Zone the whole time I made this. But yeah, he's all done. Okay I see what picture you're talking about, the Pharaoh one with everyone behind him. Yes they are in the same position, but no, I did not trace it. It was used as a reference. I've been drawing him since I was very little, so I'm pretty good at drawing him. I do like using the same style as Kazuki, as I admire his art work greatly.

I understand what you're saying, but I thought it was common knowledge to know that it's his character and his artwork. Nowhere did I say that this was my own original design or concept. The entirety of this picture is not an exact replicate of the drawing, it's just his body positioning.

The part where this is not your page and the artist and I have already resolved the issue. This is a public website therefore if it is posted people are free to comment. I will reiterate, we have solved the issue so next time try to work with the problem and not try to make it go away.

I had no idea there was a copyright option to be 100% honest, I just submit them. From now on, I'll watch that, thank you for bringing that to my attention. I'm not saying it's not a big deal, I agree, all I'm stating is that I thought that people would know that it's Kazuki's art, that's all. If you still doubt whether this is a duplicate account, ask yourself this: why would Fallendaw argue with you after resolving the topic regarding the credit?
I'm a friend of hers and a lurker on deviantart. I see this and of course a friend would be upset to see these accusations. Your comments afterwards are not of the same meaning (that is to say I am using these comments as discussion value, not for "fuel"). To clarify: I capitalized selective words in one of my previous replies to emphasize how:
1) You still have no proof.
2) I watched her draw it. Of course, I cannot give proof of this due to the nature of this proof. I still cannot give you proof of this even if we were having this discussion face to face. That is why I wrote my comment that way.
Text doesn't show you the whole story so capitalizing may have been misleading. I don't see how my other replies come off as emotionally invested or insecure to your comments. You give me an amusing request --> I give you a smart ass remark.
If you closely examine Fallendaw's illustration and compare it with the original you can see how the hair is slightly different and the the right elbow is not the same. I don't see how it is a stretch of the imagination where, with the talent, Fallendaw can take a glimpse of an illustration, then draw something similar from scratch. Fallendaw did not alter the original.
Fallendaw has now edited the description to give credit, however, in her defense, she figured that a fan illustration of Kazuki Takahashi's work is inherently credit to him. She was not aware that deviantart gives copyrights. Fallendaw's intention was not to plagiarize someone else's work and receive praise for it. The intention is to have an online collection of her work for critique and discussion. You and your friend came off confrontational and you could have chosen your words more carefully. This illustration could have had a discussion without this argument.
