You have no proof that they stole this character. All you have are general coincedences that any fan could've used from ME lore. The Talons existed since the Ascension book; that fan didn't create them. Not only that, but the fans had been wanting to see a female turian in the game for ages. And a biotic turian too, because we hadn't seen biotice turian since Saren.

Honestly, I've been losing a lot of respect for BioWare. I fell in love because of Dragon Age: Origins and then DA2 happened and I was like, "Well...that was kind of disappointing". Then I played Mass Effect 1 and fell back in love, but with all the drama over their laziness and now their lack of respect for fans I'm just...tired I guess? I hoped a popular gaming company like them would take pride in their work, but it seems with each release of a game or DLC there's something that makes you shake your head at them. I'll probably still buy DA3 when it comes out, but I'll be extremely apprehensive.

The only dlc I plan to get for ME3 is "From Ashes" and the extended cut may suck a quad, but it's still somehwat better than teh original endings. I plan to get some ME2 dlc, because ME2 is a really good game. I have been wanting to say this for a while now: FUCK YOU BIOWARE

I don't know how much you know about the DLC so I won't say too much, but it should have been included in the main game because it reveals a lot of information, especially about the Asari.
