Back with posting previously revealed pokemon.Skarmory was the one revealed in a trainer sheet , but in this game it will get a pre-evolution!
Armojic (Armor + Chick) is a baby pokemon, for all intents and purposes.
It can be found in the wild though, but many baby pokemon can now.
It's a mono-Steel type pokemon, only gaining the Flying type once it evolves.
Pokemon spawning in the wilderness have a new meaning in Caijo.
It's a bit of the story that I want to develop and reveal in a more appropriate time.
It involves some retconning of the canon, but I've found an explanation for some pokemon like Throh and Sawk or the Ultra-Beasts to not have pre-evolutions.
However, I'm still not a fan of pokemon that represent animals that you're supposed to encounter living in the wild that don't have them like Kangaskhan, Tauros or Skarmory.
Along with Armoijc and Calfebe , there are many pre-evos for these types of lines. Upcoming there's still Absol and Tropius ones to look out for, and some more planned.

No hate bud. Just pointing it out.
Pokemon games, have only give a max two evolutions on a pokemon species. So making a pre-evolution of such. Just makes that said pokemon species...USELESS. meaning any chances of making a current, Dex filler rank pokemon...completely moot. Meaning a pokemon with one evo already. Is now all but wasted into perma dex filler. Never going to be used...other than for jokes.
Make no mistake. Some pre eves, have proven to be good. Or even just simply make sense. The lapras line. And the Kangaskhan line. They can actually get a pre-evo. And STILL get a evolution, after wards to become very useful.
So it can work. Just best not to make pre-evos, that got one evolution already. Else the potential for the species...is all but wasted...
But that is MY opinion. Even if what I said is true, and/or holds merit.

Now for evos with gimmicks. If done right. It would make the pokemon. Even more interesting. Too bad Castform's design is stupid IMO. Plus the stats of it. Is just a joke.

New evolutions to old mons. I do not hate such at all.
My only gripe I had was Snorlax getting a pre-evolution, and not getting a evolution as well...that is why IMO. If one is to get a pre-evolution. Have a evolution as well, to back it up. Else it's just, simply wasting potential IMO.
Dunsparce...oh man that fella is totally useless. Honestly it would be a blessing to get that fella. With a evolution. And not, slap on a temporary evoution... (aka mega evolution.) I want him useful, and worthy.
That being said. Mawile and Audino had just a stupid mega. That was slapped on..killing any potential. Making them okay at best..which you can use a mega stone on a stronger, and/or better pokemon. (I would of been happier, if it was just their evolution instead. Heck maybe both evolution, and. A mega to boot.)
Tho Mawvile's mega ability. Makes up for the meh mega stats.
