Ugh... the power of a Rain Dance Aqua Tail from this thing just makes me shudder...
Seriously, cool design! I love the neck innertube, and the three tails. The stat distribution is good (more bulk and killing potential), and Tough Claws just makes him more of a physical terror while foresaking the speed boost offered by Swift Swim (or the burn immunity offered by Water Veil).
