Description
So, following 's Super City OC Contest, I placed in the Top 30! Which is quite surprising really. But RP mentioned that the Terrible Trio were judging the contest. I thought about what I know about them from RP's various journal uploads, and a render or two. I sent him a note and asked if it was Erica that voted Wisp that far. I thought it might be her since Wisp is a cute heroine and Erica comes across as cute in the renders. So. I thought I'd make a little thing as a thank you for her (So, be sure to let her know!). I tried including a few things that I'm aware she's a fan of, but I couldn't really fit vampires in :/

Wisp was walking through an abandoned factory. She'd followed a string of crimes and they all seemed to point here. The heroine walked inside, feeling the hairs on the back of her neck stand up as she did. The factory must have been abandoned during renovations as she could see the walls were half-painted. A few props were scattered around that wouldn't look out of place at a circus. She saw a few clown heads with open mouths for people to throw things at. Wisp jumped when she caught her reflection in a silly mirror; making her body appear really tall and thin.

As she pushed on further, she could hear the echo of someone laughing. Normally laughter was a sound that Wisp associated with happiness; but with the lights flickering it was creepy more than anything. Due to the flicker of the lights, the heroine was unable to spot the wire that ran slightly above the ground of a doorway. She walked right into it, her foot catching the tripwire and tugging it, prompting something to fall from above.

Several feet infront of her, a ventriloquist dummy dropped down. It was suspended in the air by a rope tied around its neck. The shock coupled with Wisp being afraid of the dolls caused the heroine to scream at the tops of her lungs. After several deep breaths, Wisp waved a hand at the rope, setting on fire and making the doll drop to the floor. She eyed it suspiciously as she approached, fearing that even now it might jump at her. She encased it in ice before pushing it away with a gust of wind. As she turned around, she was met with the sight of a smiley face, with X's replacing the eyes, moving towards her.

The next thing she knew she woke up tied to a chair, her head feeling rather throbbing. She spotted the smiley face, noticing that it was printed on a mallet that lay resting against the door. "Oh good, you're awake!" came a voice. Wisp picked up on an accent but couldn't place it. The voice belonged to a woman with her hair pulled into pigtails; one was dyed blue while the other was pink. But perhaps the most shocking thing was that she was wearing Wisp's costume.

The fairy looked down and noticed that her own outfit had been replaced, presumably while she was knocked out. She wore a white and red top with 'Daddy's Lil Monster' written across it and a pair of red and blue short shorts. The woman smiled, "Harley Quinn. Nice to meet ya!" she extended a hand before giggling since the heroine was tied up.

"Wondering why we swapped costumes? I want a vacation. But I can't just leave Puddin' here all by himself. That's where you come in, see? You're gonna be me while I'm away. I've got your costume but I'm not gonna be you, I ain't a fairy or a heroine." Harley Quinn then rummaged around through some boxes and held out what looked like a harlequin costume. "This is my other costume but I'm taking it with me in case the voices tell me to have a bit of fun. So you can wear that one for me, and be Daddy's Lil Monster, ok?"

Wisp struggled against the ropes. Harley Quinn was insane; there was no way Wisp would help her. Almost as if she was reading her mind, Harley started to giggle, "Only one way you're getting outta that chair!" She then made her way over to the heroine, striking poses in her new costume as she did. Once she was close to the heroine, she waved her hand with a flourish, causing a pocket watch to drop down, "Ta-da!"

She swung it back and forth before putting her psychiatry training to use, remembering some of her studies on hypnotic inductions. Wisp was unable to get away due to being tied to the chair. The pocket watch swung back and forth as Harley Quinn began speaking in a slow and steady tone. Wisp found her eyes following the pocket watch and so she closed them in an attempt to resist.
"Open your eyes for me Wisp," Harley said, her voice soothing and relaxing, "That's it. You're being a very good girl."
Wisp couldn't resist. Her eyes opened at Harley's instruction and she once again found herself fixated on the pocket watch, seeing the grinning clown face on it.

Once Harley was satisfied that she'd done her job, she untied Wisp; helping the heroine to her feet and handing her the mallet that had knocked her
A shadow fell over Wisp as a tall thin figure who looked like he'd stepped out of the fairground mirror Wisp had seen moved in front of her. Harley had a big grin on her face as Wisp looked up in awe at him.
"Hey Mistah J," Wisp said in an imitation of Harley, twirling the mallet as she spoke "ready to bring a little madness to the city?"
Harley had been moving towards the door, but now she stopped, turning back to the room, "Maybe I have time for a little crime spree before I go."
