I really like how you used traditional watercolor paint for this illustration. It fits the themes and atmosphere of the game like a latex glove.
And considering all the trials and hardships our little Isaac he's endured, seeing him surrounded by possibly the first, if not only, friends he's ever had is somewhat heartwarming.

his only friends are his dead brother and sister, a mushroom, a bunch of flys, a parasite, a living wad of meat, a dead bird, a kid thing from the past( little steve) , a grub, his dead cat, a bag of money, a bag of bombs, a robot baby, a wierd black blob (little gish) , a demon baby, an angel, a floating cross, and a little blod clot (little C.H.A.D.)....... poor kid
