A scene that takes place shortly after Fia's death. Sveta didn't know how to handle her grief and she separated herself as a result, taking to Ade's watch every night, and often patrolling away from the den. She found that in the days to come, it became harder and harder for her to express her emotions and feelings, subconsciously hardening her own heart to prevent it from being shattered again. She finds Ava's happiness sparks a deep resentment, as it's something she simply can't fathom any more. How can one know such joy after experiencing such grief?

Since that day, Sveta has never smiled, laughed or shed a tear.

Sleeping at last has some gorgeous music, and this song in particular is so deep and emotional I had to draw something for it. Makes me cry every time
