His name is hanbyeol (byul / byeol is star in korean) and controls the stars in the skies ☆
he collects the broken stars and fixes them, and guides the stars so they dont get lost
he sometimes also form random drawings with the stars just for fun (i.e he unknowingly forms constellations ; v ; )

he is also very lonely, since his only friends are the stars :"^)
