With a huff an' a puff, the dunskin ascended across the ridge to meet the view of the valley below. The afternoon sun beat onto Arthur's pelt, the heat nearly overbearing for a stallion of his years. The names he once called his were no more; and with letting them go, he would leave behind his past.
