The funny thing is, this is how he looked for the first 25 issues of his series in the 90's. Now, people usually get his helmet and wings completely wrong. Marvel should set some standards.

Ya, I've always been a huge fan of the original armour. The street hero had (and STILL has) a lot of potential for more stories. My comment on the design is that you added a more feather-like look to the glider wings which adds just enough freshness to the "classic" DH while still keeping him rooted in the non-cosmic. Nowadays DH can call upon any armour design as required . It at least offers new artists the freedom to explore new looks... but something is missed about the simplicity of Mike Manley's design...

Nice work. Whatever happened to Darkhawk,...I remember him. Didn't he make a few appearances in Spider-man or Blade?

Keep at it. You'll make it. But, you got to "want" it. Want it with a passion, work, make an effort, bug'em like crazy and you'll get it. Dreams without work and effort never rise from the grave.
