here's a flaw that i see in EVERY dinosaur documentary, in the movie dinosaur, and in this model. the paint textures aren't organized. but splattered like paint. try sticking with a few colors. animals like monitors need these to disguise in the water.

Animals like monitor lizards are ambush predators and not multi ton herbivores that possibly travelled in herds, therefore not really being the most subtle of candidates for disguise. It is not a flaw, it is simply the other side of the coin. Scales and keratin are capable of housing the most interesting array of colours so why should I go with just one type of painting when Nature is full of the oddest combinations?
