- also known as Heart field caste sparrow.

- they eat insect so they normally not seen in gardens unless it is close to an animal farm.

- the love bird got this name because the native people told stories that this bird brought the emotion of love to them which is also can be seen on its plume and bird song which sound a lot like "amo-a" which mean many mean sounds like the native languages of Hearth field version of "I love you"

- its call is rather loud. it can be heard over most other song birds.

- the only different between male and females is the sizes. females are bigger than the males.

- they lave up to 4-7 eggs. both parents raise their youngs. many love birds stay together most of their life and only find a new mate if the former mate dies.
