yeahhhhh Animate (Flash) is good for some things but not great at others. Mainly I hate drawing in it.

ive found that I have to make about 3 passes before anything in flash starts to look any good
(I was doing example animations at my uni for the open day and omg I think that anyone looking in the first blocking out stage would have wondered why I was enrolled there cause it looks horrid xD)
I do like that the lines in flash are vectors but they can be in CSP too - so it has much more going for it XDΒ
Flash is standard at my uni though, so unless I talk them into buying and installing other programs or bring my own comp its pretty much all i can use XD
still- once you get one program its easier to move to the next XD
