I really like the whole series of shots of the Stone Forest series, but I was particularly impressed with #.'s 5 and 7. What a beautiful place!!

ah but wait there is more photos of the stone forest I just put up a taster. Yes it was a very special place it was just out of Kunming in China. Kunming is in the lower part of China near the Vietnam border we were there in Oct 2005 visiting some friends doing some missionary work. It is high up in the mountains Kunming is 2000ft above sea level it started to get quite cold when we where there. Fay

Yes I know what you mean when we were driving there the landscape was flat with grass and trees and all of a sudden it was like someone threw all these small rocks there and as we got closer the rocks got bigger and bigger until we saw the mountains of stone I had to touch them they just seemed so unreal. That was why I took so many photos oh the beauty of digital cameras. Fay
