nobody fucking knows what punk is anymore. punk is not the same thing as emo. god. the understatement of a lifetime. real punks (which aren't around anymore, just barely) are not little nancy asses. I'm not saying I'm a punk anyways. cause I'm not, I mean shit I'm a pacifist. But the real music (not the modern crap like the casualties) is good fucking shit. nobody even knows those bands anymore. they just know the Ramones the clash and maybe just maybe sex pistols. that's it.
I mean we got the tijuana punks like hardcore where I live. those kids are fucking real. this is a little kid who likes a ridiculous fad which will be gone with this decade if not sooner.
I'm not trying to start a fight. it's just this ridiculous generalization that these desensitized children have created is completely contradictory and obsolete. emo + punk...wtf? that's like saying you're a peaceful anarchist. It just really bothers me when people intermix classic stereotypes with a new fad that some jack ass over popularized.& I don't have anything against eh emo kids themselves. just what the people call them..

yeah its punk emo considering his mohawk is really a faux hawk and the eyeliner isn't whats considered 'punk'. but you'd have to know the person to really tell.
