i like the lighting but it feels like he is getting washed out because he has blond hair and the background is about the same color try out a contrast of some kind, maybe something to make his eyes stand out...otherwise it's great pic!

I like it quite a lot, the lighting works really well in my opinion, if you wanted more contrast (and if you have photoshop) if you use the burn tool on it just a bit you can darken it and make the shadows stand out more... but that's just a suggestion!
