goddamn, this is some good art. Starting off with the character, his design is good. The character is fairly memorable when put under a grayscale or shadow. There is only one signifier that sticks out. and that is the piece on the top of his head. It may be one signifier but its a good one. Now the shading from the shoulders down is great but, I have seen it done before nevertheless impressive. What I'm really impressed by is the facial shading. It is really unique and staggering! The eyes are really nice too. Now the best part is the background. the background's colors are so easy on the eyes and it fades not into black but into a dark stormy blue. It's really amazing! and the water is a nice touch to the whole picture. Overall I am impressed by this picture. And to know that you are always improving is staggering. pictures like this makes me want to draw.
