Drew, scanned in, then colored with Photoshop.Before you say it, that thing isn't that guy's shadow, it 'is' him. Though I won't lie, Stan inspired how it looks.
P.H.E.A.R. protains to a group. Nicodemus is his name, Nico for short.

I use iPhoto Express. <3 Much less complicated, and can do most of the same stuff.

The only thing that bothers me in the picture is the nose. I'm sometimes picky with noses. x3 BUT the hair makes up for it and distracts my attention away from said feature.

It works fine for me, and I use the layers to my advantage.
As for the needing to submit stuff faster, yes I do, but no I don't. Art would be like a job and not a joy since I like to take my time.
And I like Nicodemus it's a good name. Nico it is.
I agree with the nose, but to my eyes I couldn't get it to look right any other way.
I honestly don't know how long it took. I've never timed myself and I usually ignore the clock while I'm drawing or coloring. Um... an estimate, longer then 4 hours and less then 24.
