Let's wish her not to have a ruined life ! Once she's recovered and been provided with a foot prosthesis she can at least walk normally. She isn't blind, and the most difficult will be how to manage with hooks in place of her amputated hands... Apart from her foot, her case is exactly the same as a girl I was introduced to a few years ago...
