Weee it snowed this morning! Miko and Sami absolutely love the snow so I went ahead and set them up on their ties in the middle of the yard so they could play. This was taken shortly before I took them inside. Sami did not want to leave the snow

Sami is short of Masami and Miko is short for Miyako. They were given Japanese names due to their heritage.

This is great! A wonderful shot with sucha background really makes her coloring stick out.
I as well have a white-colred Shiba Inu, and I agreea, they look so compleatly white until you put them in snow. Then they actually seem to be cream.

MY shiba just happens to have lot of ginger on her ears, the rest of her looks really white.
I have never met anyone else who has a HSiba, its great to finally talk to someone who knows what one is, yet alone owns one.

I found myself looking at this for a good short while. They're really very cuddly, beautiful looking dogs. Snow is a classic environment for dogs to play in, too. Screw white backing sheets.
