Well.To be honest I don't even know what to think about it, I'm not really sure if it's good: the background is awful for me, but I had no idea for it - it's my mistake that I had drawn the girl before I started to think about the background.
I found the face while I was cleaning up my hard disc - I drew it a few months ago. I didn't want to throw it to trash, so I finished it and here it is!
It's not perfect, so I'd be grateful for every word of critique.

In my humble opinion, "Spring" by Ashamyn is a flawless representation of this type of art; the colors, the symmetry, the overall glow of golden-green fills the viewer with spring-fever and a sense of hope and joy! Her dress is elegant, her pose classical, and her face is amazingly real---I can swear that I have seen this young woman's face before, somewhere...perhaps in a beautiful dream! Extra bonus points for that branch hanging in the upper left corner; most artists, doing a piece of this type, might have been satisfied to show the girl, her basket, and the butterflies against the unadorned background, but Ashamyn has a superb eye for detail, and what better sign of Spring is there than new leaves growing on a tree? Well done!
