A part of me feels bad for chara cause she lost Asriel and got upset at Asgore for killing humans, but the other part of me just wants to strangle her.

Then where did you get the notion, that they wanted to kill all the humans by any means necessary? All we know, is that they hated humanity, as told by Asriel (considering what humanity is capable of, probably for a good reason). And psychopathy? How did you even come to that conclusion? They are presented as a troubled,yes, but also witty and helpful person. Have you somehow managed to miss a good deal of little jokes, off hand comments and such?

Chara and Frisk are different people. Chara is dead, we do not play as her/him.
Chara is a psychopath (is what I believe), Frisk is not.
Also when I say psychopath, I mean the mental disorder and not how Hollywood portrays it. Do some research and you'll find out psychopaths an also be witty, helpful, and can tell jokes just like anyone else.

Chara is the first fallen human (the one that was found by Asriel and adopted by the Dreemurs). We control the 8th, Frisk. Frisk can be either a saint or a psychopath, depending on which way we play them. I was well aware of them being different people, and I'm not sure why you decided to point out the obvious.
I actually took a course on psychology during my university days, though I am by no means an expert. I took some time to refresh my memory and reread the definition of psychopathy and what it entails. Indeed, if you choose to go out of your way to murder absolutely everyone then Chara descends into outright psychopathy. However, you are implying that Chara was a psychopath right from the start, which is just plain wrong.

This art so...another. Seriously, i really interested in Chara. ̶M̶a̶y̶b̶e̶ ̶e̶v̶e̶n̶ ̶l̶o̶v̶e̶ I..I singled out a lot of different and interesting arts..this dark charisma beckoned me..But this art. This art really somthing another. I mean, i was just frozen by this painted eyes. You are the only artist who did Chara`s eyes like this.
