I remember. When first time I seen that I was just... but but... Uuuughaaarg, wHYY? Kaneki, who do you want fool here?
I feel deeply honest hate to Arima. How he could just stab Kaneki, AND EVEN TWICE?! Jerk! Exactly, you're right! 
Yeees. I thought Touka will kick his ass at first time when she saw him, while talking about how he can dissapear for so long time.
Anyway there is also one think that bother me. 
Why actually after a 3 years he start to meet old friends, why no one do something with that, only let him get insane D:
