The other day I was looking at a certain person's da and I felt like my art sucked balls again. And then I reread Metamorphosis, which made me feel worse. =.=;;I'm not artblocked, just insecure again. So w/e, I'm gonna continue practicing.
This is just a doodle turned painting

I have those times when my art sucks balls too looking at other people's galleries and wondering why other people don't like my work BUT.
YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.
This is damn beautiful. The hair, the sky, the silhouette... Those eyes. The way that you drew that nose, the facial structure in general.
Don't let other peoples work put you down.

His nose looks so good and I'm loving those lips~ ;D However, I think the second eye isn't really needed since you have his head turned so much already.
Ha, this is why I don't look through people's galleries much anymore. When I do, I get horribly discouraged and won't draw for months, or I'll think everything I draw is shit and won't even bother with it. lol (Does this explain the lack of decent stuff I post? No? Okay, I tried. XDDDD)

xDDD Your stuff is decent, I mean if you believe in it enough to show it off to the internet= it's decent. I think I'm just in that sort of depression at this moment. I'll probably get over it soonish xDD Sometimes I just like looking at other people's art to try to figure out why the stuff they draw is so successful. It's like a painful learning process orz
