Aye, Paul - You never gave me the pic!
Nevertheless, I still love it. :3 Perspective shots are terribly hard to do, yet you pulled this one off nicely. And well, the others already pointed out the curving of the legs so, I suppose I won't elaborate on that. o__o; Honestly, the ghost creeped me out a bit. Just, the big eyes.. but yeah, other than that - I TOTALLY LOVE IT. <3 The coloring is simply marvelous. And - this is the avatar I made off of it:

Haha, this piece is so fuckin' cool, Lol! To be honest with you I love everything... I understand what the others are saying about the legs and that they're off and all that stupid bullshit, but I think their actually really cool the way you drew them, it gives the picture a much more dramatic effect.
The thing that I don't get with people and how they think and reason is that... Why should everything be perfect anyway? I mean... You have a ghost-thingy in it... does the atanomy have to be perfect now? Like... wtf. Lmao-stupid children. HAHAHA!

Yeah, I agree.
I was wondering why the anatomy was so important to begin with--this was by no means a serious picture to begin with. It was something I did for a friend for FUN and to try out something new. Perfectly anatomically correct girls is something that not many people can draw unless you go for a realistic kind of style.
But meh, can't please anyone. I did the legs like that because I wanted to, and they looked fine to me.
And I'm really glad you like ittt! <333

*so very very very very very envious of you* >__>; ... I love everything~~~~~~~ The pose and the coloring~ >__<; *cries* I wish I could do the same...
I also agree that the hand looks too small, but I didn't notice that till it was pointed out~ ^__^; Other than that this is a wonderful picture~!!!

this is a really nice pic. I agree, everything about it is nice except the arms and legs. They aren't bad, it's just that I think you were trying to go for a perspective shot that would warp the extremities, which I think you were partially successful in doing. To have really achieved the effect it probably would have been better to maybe get in a little closer and warp things even more, because if it isn't translated enough in the pic its not going to seem as convincing, and therefore the effect is somewhat lost. But make no mistake, this is an excellent picture and the perspective is very nicely done for a first-time. They can be hard shots to do well and convincing, but you got a great picture here nonetheless.

You definitely noticed I wanted to distort some body parts.
However:
I don't quite understand what you and Moeh are saying about the legs. Could you please elaborate so I can know what to fix for next time? <3
And I understand the problem with the hands. They look small now that I've finally uploaded the picture--they looked fine to me when I was drawing it.
Thanks SO much for the comment! I live for stuff like this! *__* I'm going to keep practicing this shot because it's a favorite of mine.

Yeah, it's a really nice shot, but it's very hard and complicated. Well, as for the legs, they simply look way too thin and long. Like I said, I could tell you were going for that warped look, but it doesn't quite come off that way, because the rest of the picture isn't warped enough as well to make the legs as skinny and rubbery as they look. The legs should be thicker and should taper, but not quite as dramatically as you had them. If the rest of the shot was as dramatically curved towards the edge (i forgot the name of that effect where it's like looking at an image in a doorknob or in a water droplet) then everything gets more and more curved and warped as it gets to the edge. Since I assume you were going for a look similar to that, like the ones that can be achieved with certain photo lenses, that's the effect that was desired, but it wasn't fully realized, so in that respect the legs look "wrong" because of it. If the rest of the picture had that kind of distortion around it then the legs being so skinny and bent would make sense. I hope that sort of clears it up, but it may have just complicated the idea more.....hehehe....

Oh! I understand now.
But I guess it's only me who thinks that the legs look fine. XD
Either way, thanks for the advice!

Okay, I think this picture is totally awesome! The coloring is amazing, although I think the hair could use some darker shades to help with lighting. I love the pose, and the GORGEOUS background. The tiles are really cool, but i think the white tiles could have also used some more shading, but the reds are really really awesome! I totally love the upper body, but the legs really do bother me, They are sorta a round shape, maybe a little bit more detail would have made the legs look more real. Also the arms seem very straight, they dont have too much shape or curves. I totally love the outfit, and the choker is amazing! as well as the gloves. The ghostie is adorable, very cute shading in the ghost. Her shadow looks very awesome, the tones and shading is drop dead gorgeous! You have coloring skills that are simply envious, but the legs and the way the arms end are pretty much the only things I can see a bit weird, since her waist is still huge, but her arm resting on it is so tiny. PERSPECTIVES ARE HARD AS HELL BUT YOU PULLED IT OFF! AWESOME! *favs*
