Had this for a while, finally posting it... I'm working on getting Ambush, Necros, and Counterpoise's new S2 profiles up soon.

General Personality: Aftershock, at a glance always has a pleasant smile and moves with feline grace; he is often considered as attractive but only if you don't look to close. Though he continually smiles there is something off, a sinister glint in his eye and smirk always twitching at the sides of this mouth. He is a contract killer and enjoys his job. He takes pleasure in having the power to take life, and often draws out the suffering of his victims. He doesn't much care for others, making the list of people that know about him close to nil.

Good Traits: Although he is a ruthless killer, he has some moral code when it comes to honorable fighting, and will concede if he is honestly bested in a battle... though it is somewhat rare.
Bad Traits: He's cocky, and tends not to take situations to seriously.

Quirks: He has a thing for fashion and hair... kind of a playboy and enjoys his own appearance.
Hopes: He live day-to-day so he doesn't much think about the future his only goal is to get his contact completed and to find a certain missing partner that disappeared from the agency several years ago.

POWER/ABILITY 1:Static Electricity
PROS: He can generate static electricity by amplify the friction when rubbing fibers together, therefore he can use any cloth material to create a deadly electric shock.
CONS: His ability can only work on cloth. His shocks are also nullified against rubber and thick plastics.

POWER/ABILITY 2: Field Generation
PROS: He can create a very powerful electric shield that can repel most weapons and projectiles while generating a shock powerful enough to stun if touched.
CONS: Although the field is powerful he can only hold it for a little under a minute at any one time due to the massive static energy to requires to keep it active.

Weapon(s): piano wire, vials of water, and vibrating plates on his hands, feet, and belt.
Style: Aftershock prefers to attack from a medium range distance, short enough to inflict damage but far enough away to not risk hand-to-hand combat.
Strengths: What makes aftershock dangerous is that he has the ability to inflict damage over a wide range of a single area filling a room with a static storm that is hard to block or dodge.
Weaknesses: Aftershock's power is also his weakness. Although he can control the electricity he generates to an extent he cannot control the conductibles in the environment or anything his opponent has that can be used to channel electricity. Since he is human he is subject to his own shock if it is deflected back at him.
