I LOVE ONE PIECE~~~~! I also love the idea that Kaku enjoys jumping through the sky and Conis lives in the sky. I think this would be an awesome crack pairing. I want to do more fan art of them and I would love to try to start a little group of others that share the same idea:That Kaku and Conis would make a awesome couple.

I live in a f*ck'in fantasy land.
This picture was colored completely with photoshop elements. I use to use Deleter all the time but people would complain my art looked smuggy. Still I like the look. Then one day, I was watching One Piece and I said to myself "I wish I could make my pictures look like they came from the anime, so I could make fanart seem more like a reality." So I practiced to color in photoshop because it is different then Deleter (in my opinion), and as soon as I got good I realized I needed to make a picture of the pairing that I am sickly infatuated with: Kaku x Conis. Why?
...Because I could.

I'm guessing Kaku was jumping around Water 7 and Conis was flying around the sky when they accidently ram into each other, and Conis has no idea what just happened and is scared! This is probably how they first meet and later fall in love! Β

He's from One Piece. His name is Kaku. When you first meet him in the show he's really nice and friendly but by the end of the story arc he's a liar and villian. He's suppose to be like Pinnochio. Kaku's nose doesn't grow but it does emphasis that he's lying.

It's a manga series. It's really a long running series but it's my favorite.

I'm starting toreally like this couple, and I never thought to combine him liking to jump through the air and she LIVES in the air. It isn't THAT far fetched to believe that he could jump that high to reach Sky Island. Though in this picture, it looks like he's forcing himself ontop of her...bad Kaku! ^_~ I really love how much detail you've put into this picture, and I know how difficult it is to color in photoshop, I haven't tried it yet, but if you take your time you get amazing work! You've succedeed in getting me interested in drawing this couple, so you have one loyal minion in the group! Of course, it doesn't help that Kaku is my favorite member in the CP9, after Lucci of course (But before Jabuya...just the way that Kaku would like it) Thanks again for the amazing art!

I know when I first mentioned this couple to my sister she was also hesitant at first to like this couple but the more we talked about how it could be plausible, she seemed to open up to it. I think the two of them would be adorable together and I am so happy that you are also interested in drawing this couple!! Itβs great to see a loyal minion of Kaku x Conis. I would love to see fanart of them (other than my own). I think you would be second in command of the group. I know Kaku is so greatβ¦ two above Jyabura.

You are very welcome! I am open to new pairings and I am a major One Piece fan so it is refreshing to see people coming up with new pairings instead of going with what already exists. I dont really care if they are canon or not, I find this one in particular to be creative. I am imagining what the relationship would be like though...
