As a child I was petrified of the dark. Not the normal, night light will cute it fear, but I had to leave the light on.At 16 I still can't put my feet on the ground when it's pitch black, and sleep with a lamp on. Even then, I still feel scared and uncomfortable. Having music on makes it bearable little more.
This is my character. I draw her when I get scared. I named her Abhaya, a name meaning fearless. She makes it less scary. Even though she's just a little girl and not real, she's like how I feel on the inside.

Ooooo, once a program ended and some really spooky thing came on ! ! I only had the lamp on and was too scared to walk over to the counter to talk the remote Q AQ. I just hid under my cover until the next show began and never slept for a good while !
