Man, I haven't put anything new on here for a while! D'BBut I've been busy, school, my tablet dieing on my, waiting for my new to come, getting use to the new one, homework, friends, and Soccer. lmao xD
Anyway I'm so happy I got this done, I tried a lot of new stuff on this picture~ 8D
This is a picture 'before' the picture, The Red I made.

Hello darlign, this is a critique from the a.deviantart.net/avatars/w/o/w… " alt=" " title="Wolf-Journey"/> group, I hope it will help you.
The idea is very hard to make in practice so first, congrat for trying it. =]
Let's start by the focus. The fact that the subject is in the middle of the composition is, like in photography a weakness. The eye goes direcly to the character and go out of the picture, instead of travelling in. As well looks at the look of your character he is looking forward to the right but as he is in the middle in the picture, his vission looks cut, next time let more room the way the character is facing.
You have been trying lot of thing that I appreciate: blood effect, fur effect and a good try on the character shading too. Still some of the details are flat (lack of shading/volume) eg:the collar you made around his neck, or the picture on the floor.
I think you worked to fast on this picture, we can see the different of details betwwen what you draw first (the character) and what you draw last (the background). I can tell you were tired. Don't hesitate to spend more than one working session on one drawing, to take break when you draw a image help you to see what you need to correct.
