Jiibayaabooz is a spirit rabbit that features in the Anishinabe stories. He taught the Anishinabe the importance of dreams and how to use vision quests and such. He also is a trickster spirit in many stories.

This was drawn for my writing class. The goal was to link Native American stories to our own interests (mine being fantasy drawing). So I chose to draw several creatures and spirits from Native American Stories.

I first inked this fellow, then scanned him in and did him up pretty in photoshop
