Thor movie fanart! ...somewhat XDSo I wanted to draw Loki but couldn't find any good refs of his costume in a profile view, so I improvised and then strayed. Also, I thought it was a bit unfair that lady Loki (see the comic books) gets all the fur... XD

Very, very good. I love the combination of simple composition and small, intricate details. I also like the authenticity of the costume, especially the fur cloak. Also his expression, which seems intrigued, sly, and wary all at once.

I really love what you've done with his costume here, it still has a fantasy vibe but with an added historical touch. I particularly like the lacing on his tunic and the ring brooches holding his furs. Also, I like the expression you've captured on his face, it's sort of sad and introspective at the same time.

Even though I get the comic's mythos, I still prefer my viking-like characters dressed as vikings (rather than in sleek hi-tech armors). There has to be fur, at least

Loki finding out about him being a Frost Giant reminds me now of Gregor from The Metamorphosis. "When Gregor Samsa woke up one morning from unsettling dreams, he found himself changed in his bed into a monstrous vermin." ( Especially since Loki's helmet resembles a beetle. Coincidence? Probably.)
