I havent been able to log in much because of really bad rubber banding. I need a new graphics card probably.

Rubber banding sounds like a connection issue.

I had to play with the graphics settings a lot in order to tame it down. Even on the lowest graphics settings though I still had problems. And I wasnt rubber banding as I was running through an area or anything. My camera panning was lagging a bit. As though I was playing it on high resolution with well... a crappy graphics card.
