Eggman's eggmobile was not easy to draw, but I think it paid off in the end. Also, you might notice that this page has pretty much the same layout as page 12, just flipped vertically-- I liked the symmetry. I wanted to make these two pages their own mini-unit in the story.Related content

I'm a big fan of negative space - when utilised well. And it shows through on the last panel for great effect. The transition from P2-3 was great too - now I know some context behind it after your explanation!
And to see Eggman shedding that 'smokey ball of temper/frustration' was cartoon gold. I see this alot in The Adventures of Tintin and some oldschool manga series when I was a little kid.

Hm~ The remains of Egg-Wily Machine X look different compared to the released version. Having much more of a body for starters.
