It is line art. It is not a base. Also by the artist's cc, clearly stated on deviantart as well. It is a offense both here and on dA to take a image and forge it into your own, giving credit does not count either.

Its weird, but my OC with 'hair' is a Con with electrically charged Wires as 'hair'. She also has a energy whip... Which is probably why I named her Whiplash...

najaaaaaaa ....ich kann nich besser zeichnen ich hab nur rausgefunden wie bei meinen programm das mit den ebenen fuktioniert .... und auch das war ein hartes stück arbeit ... ich kriegt jedesmal nen handkrampf wenn ich den ganzen tag male ...
