Seems like I've overdone a bit with oranges, so it's likely to be sunset, but — let's pretend it's still dawn
Another pastel experiment to me. Based on the poem "The Palm" by my favourite Russian poet, M. Lermontov.

Good, expressive work... technically well executed, yet the palm-tree above needs bit more surrounding space (it situates to close to the border of the work) and as it is situating in the distance, the lines of it should have been more vague (it is called "air-perspective", when objects further away seem to the viewer bit blurry, and not as sharp, as the objects in front, necessary to create an illusion of 3D space on 2D surface)

Yes, I still have some problems with composing the objects on the sheet, try to correct it, but rarely succeed... I think I have the same mistake in my previous work, but I work with it, I believe I will finally avoid it one day
