In the not-so-distant future in an unfriendly little corner of space inter-service rivalry is still going strong:"So you blockheads are the trash in the back of my shuttle today, are you? Colonial Marines. Hmmmph. Now you *BOYS* listen and you listen good! *I* am Captain Serendipity. I am at the TOP of the ramp and you are at the BOTTOM of the ramp for a reason. You are cannon fodder and I am not. I am smart and you are not. I swear every time I have to haul you 'tough guys' around I end up having to wash your puke and tears out of the back of my shuttle, so let me make this very clear: if one of you heroes so much as dry heaves on insertion there isn't going to be any extraction. Now MOUNT UP!"

Amazing rendition, sweetie. But with all the due respect, I don't think those toughen up colonial marines could keep a straight face when you say "I am Captain Serendipity". You are just too damn cute and adorable to be a high ranking Space Air Force officer.

Always got a kick out of Aliens2 with Sigourney Weaver. By the way, her new show on USA Network, "Political Animals" is damn good. She's the US Secretary of State divorced from her philandering former President husband (almost like Hillary C.?) and is tough as hell.
Also liked Aliens 2 for another reason, they had two female characters besides Sigourney who were strong female military types. Collete Hiller played Cpl. Hiller, the shuttle pilot, that even as the Alien grabs her from behind and kills her, reaches for her sidearm and starts pumping slugs into the Aliens face--short but neat shot. The other was the ballsy performance of Jeannette Goldstein as Pvt. Vasquez, knowing she and her captain are going to be overwhelmed, grab grenades and blow themselves up to slow down the Alien's assault on the rest of the group.

That's kind of what this is modeled on, the Aliens movie. I've seen the commercials for that Political Animals show and it looks like a Hillary 2016 campaign commercial.
